Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Tips:
