Ingredients:
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili bean paste
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook, stirring constantly, until pink and cooked through, about 2 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Add the onion, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger to the pan and cook, stirring constantly, until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the chili bean paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chicken broth, and honey. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 minute.
