Asparagus Quesadilla Lasagna is a unique and delicious fusion dish that combines elements of quesadillas, lasagna, and asparagus. Here's a basic recipe for you to try:

Ingredients:

For the Asparagus Filling:

  • 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Quesadilla Layer:

  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions:

  1. 1- Prepare the Asparagus Filling:

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the asparagus pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender but still crisp. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
