- Cook the moth beans, matki, and mung beans in a pressure cooker for 3 whistles.

- Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder, and garam masala and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.

- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve the misal with pav and farsan.
