  1. Cook the moth beans, matki, and mung beans in a pressure cooker for 3 whistles.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened.
  3. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder, and garam masala and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add the tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.
  6. Add the cooked beans, salt, cilantro, and lemon juice and stir to combine.
  7. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve the misal with pav and farsan.
