- Add the mashed potatoes, garam masala powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and pepper and mix well.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the potato mixture is heated through.
- Spread the potato mixture on two slices of bread.
- Top with the remaining two slices of bread.
- Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.

- For a spicier sandwich, add more red chili powder.
- You can also add other vegetables to the potato mixture, such as carrots, peas, or corn.
- If you don't have butter, you can use oil instead.
