Bread Vada Recipe (Air Fryer & Oven Option)

Ingredients:

  • 3 slices of bread

  • 2 tablespoons of coriander leaves, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons of rice flour or cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

To make bread vada in the air fryer:

  1. Preheat your air fryer at 390 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) for at least 15 minutes.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the bread, carrots, onions, green chili, garam masala, salt, mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, and cumin seeds. Mix well.
  3. Add the rice flour or cornstarch and water to the bowl and mix well. The batter should be thick enough to hold its shape.
  4. Form the batter into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the bread vada balls in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve the bread vada immediately with your favorite chutney or sauce.
