Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the puffed rice, onion, tomato, green pepper, cilantro, tamarind chutney, green chutney, chaat masala, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Add the sev and mix gently.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Tips:

  • For a more flavorful bhel puri, you can marinate the vegetables in the tamarind and green chutney for 30 minutes before assembling.
  • You can also add other vegetables to your bhel puri, such as boiled potatoes, carrots, or cucumbers.
