Here is a recipe for Spiced Tea Punch:

Ingredients:

  • 1 gallon black tea, brewed strong
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup cloves
  • 1/4 cup nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup allspice
  • 1/4 cup vanilla extract
  • 1 (750ml) bottle ginger ale
  • 1 (750ml) bottle sparkling cider
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the brewed tea, honey, orange juice, lemon juice, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, and allspice. Stir until well combined.
  2. Stir in the ginger ale and sparkling cider.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  4. Serve over ice.

Tips:

  • For a spicier punch, add more cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, and allspice.
  • To make a non-alcoholic version, substitute ginger ale for sparkling cider and omit the vanilla extract.
  • Garnish with orange slices, lemon slices, and cinnamon sticks.
